三年前，在介紹 Drupal 時，曾引用別人的說法，稱之為 CMS 3.0: Content, Community, Collaboration.

最近發現，還有一個新的 3C / C*3 可以拿來說嘴，就是 Customer, Constituent, Citizen.

於是，在日前於數位典藏計畫中舉辦的會議上，就拿這個來嘗試講講看：

The past 20 hours have been sad, exhausting and inspiring. Sad for obvious reasons. Exhausting because many of us have been working straight through with no sleep. But inspiring because of the incredible community of Crisis Mappers.

Here’s what been happening in the community:

• Ushahidi launched a Haiti deployment
• Mikel Maron at OpenStreetMap launched this Wiki
• Andrew Turner at GeoCommons is updating CrisisCommons
• Our friends at Sahana have set up a Development Team
• Sahana has also set up a Wiki here
• Our InSTEDD friends set up a GeoChat instance

Sahana - Sahana Software Foundation Responds to Haiti Earthquake -

We have a Haiti 2010 Sahana Disaster Response Portal - a live and active website up at http://haiti.sahanafoundation.org which contains a feeds from many of the relief agencies and links to Sahana modules that are actively being used to help coordinate the relief effort.

DBpedia 是一個很特殊的語意網應用範例，它從維基百科(Wikipedia)的詞條裡擷取出結構化的資料，以強化維基百科的搜尋功能，並將其他資料集連結至維基百科。透過這樣的語意化技術的介入，讓維基百科的龐雜資訊有了許多創新而有趣的應用，例如手機版本、地圖整合、多面向搜尋、關係查詢、文件分類與標註等等。DBpedia 同時也是世界上最大的多領域知識本體之一，也是 Linked Data 的一部分，美國科技媒體 ReadWriteWeb 也將 DBpedia 選為2009 年最佳的語意網應用服務。

DBpedia 3.4 版的資料集擁有超過290萬的物件，包括28萬2000人、33萬9000個地點、8萬8000張唱片、4萬4千部電影、1萬5000種電腦遊戲、11萬9000個組織、13萬種物種和4400個疾病。其資料不僅被BBC、路透社、紐約時報所採用，也是Google、Yahoo等搜尋引擎檢索的對象。
