Become.com會變成啥？

今天在看log時，發現來自某處的流量驚人。它是來自Become.com，founder叫Michael Yang，曾創辦比價網站mySimon.com。該網站的自我介紹是：

Become, Inc. is a venture-funded start-up that is building the next generation search engine for shopping. We are developing an innovative new search engine technology that will significantly improve the online shopping experience.

應該是來頭不小，在Search Engine Watch 上也有人提到。特別的是，目前的beta測試是邀請制，不得其門而入。

不過令人好奇的是，search engine for shopping幹嘛派bot來blog抓資料？ 這會跟blogosphere的口碑行銷有關嗎？
