昨天利用聽研討會的空檔，把 Prioritizing Web Usability 這本書的內容大致瀏覽過一遍：

1. Introduction: Nothing To Hide - 研究方法概述。
2. The Web User Experience - 簡介網路使用者是如何使用網站。
3. Revisiting Early Web Usability Findings - 把過去針對網站使用性的研究，拿出來重新檢視，發現有些問題仍不容忽視，有些狀況的重要性則降低：
   • Problems That Haven't Changed - 依然存在的8個嚴重問題：
   1. Links That Don't Change Color When Visited - 已瀏覽過的連結的顏色沒有改變，會浪費使用者的時間。
   2. Breaking the Back Button - 破壞了"回上一頁"的按鈕效果。這是最常用的按鈕，請不要破壞他。
   3. Opening New Browser Windows - 開啟新的瀏覽視窗。讓使用者自己選擇吧。
   4. Pop-Up Windows - 彈出式視窗。bad bad bad！
   5. Design Elements That Look Like Advertisements - 看起來像是廣告的設計。使用者常患有"廣告盲眼症，可以自動偵測廣告必忽略之。
