NPO 網站改造計畫 - 台灣認養地圖協會（三）

上週日下午與認養地圖協會的 KT、Leaf 碰面，還有拔刀相助的 Jimmy 和 Wraecca，一起討論後續的執行，簡記如下：

學習拍賣網站的設計模式，打造可信任、有效率的認養媒合/追蹤平台。
運用各種機會，提供、提醒使用者正確的送養、認養觀念。
請協會思考自身需求，手繪簡要架構/流程，兩週後再來討論。
網際營活獎和 KDI，都可以提案。準備來進行。

問題：
國外有類似的網站可以參考嗎？

2008/06/03 update:

Petfinder.com：美國最大認養平台（？）。有提供資料給他網刊登；搜尋功能不錯。
Pets 911：情感設計做得不錯，溫暖/可愛/正面。
1-800-save-a-pet：有一些名人代言的情境設計。
PetRescue.com.au：可以印出 poster 供張貼，類似租屋小廣告。範例。

- Improved search -- vague
- Install profile to enable community interaction -- no clear difference to Drupal's core mission
- Better documentation -- vague

Good
- Secure file storage and transmission module
- Search score weighting interface module
- Install profile for local volunteer coordination
- Document the configuration process for 10 common web sites
