2008 網際營活獎的數位落差

今天下午去參加 2008 網際營活獎的說明會，對於計畫有多一點瞭解，不過共通平台的部份倒是令人困惑，待後續釐清。

這個獎項很棒，但是看看去年獲得獎勵與補助的網站，還有一些待加強的地方。

與會的 NPO 在發問時多次提到，非營利組織本身有相當大的數位落差，如何可能寫出一份好的企劃案？除了現場有介紹說可以參加 8/7 說明會、或是找台北縣文化基金會（這是什麼單位？）執行長之外，我還滿想搶麥克風推銷本週日網誌青年運動會的 NPO 網路運用諮詢...
