Drupal - CMS 3.0 - Part II

三年前，在介紹 Drupal 時，曾引用別人的說法，稱之為 CMS 3.0: Content, Community, Collaboration.

最近發現，還有一個新的 3C / C*3 可以拿來說嘴，就是 Customer, Constituent, Citizen.

於是，在日前於數位典藏計畫中舉辦的會議上，就拿這個來嘗試講講看：
